Manage the Board of Directors’ calendar of deliverables to the Compensation Committee.

Provide consulting to HR partners on equity issues for newly hired and existing executives.

Prepare executive and equity compensation analyses evaluate market competitive positions using published data.

In consultation with the HR leadership, assist with the communication and rollout of new or revised equity compensation programs globally.

Serve as principal liaison with HR, Finance, Tax, and Legal on all program matters.

Summarize and present data in concise formats (tables, charts, etc.).
